The certificate

Every work comes out
with his document.

Signed by the artist, it identifies the work by insurance, resale or loan to an exhibition. For the editions it also shows the number of the specimen and the consistency of the print run: once the print run has been completed, the matrix will not be reprinted.

01

Signature and certificate

Signed by the artist and accompanied by the certificate: title, year, technique, size and, for editions, number of the specimen. It is the document that identifies the work in case of resale, insurance or loan for an exhibition.

02

Hand packaging

Tissue paper, corners and double wave box for paintings. Works on paper travel flat between two rigid cartons, or in tubes when the format so requires.

03

Insured shipping

Tracked and insured by Italy. Italy 3–5 working days, European Union 5–10, rest of the world on request. Tracking arrives via email upon departure.

04

Wall-mounted

The works are sent unframed unless otherwise indicated: the frame is a choice to be made in the room where the work will be located. On each card you will find the wall view to verify the staircase.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the work start?

Within three working days of placing the order. Works that require a bespoke checkout may take longer: the date is confirmed by email.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are borne by the country of destination and are not included in the price.

She arrived damaged. What do I do?

Photograph the box before opening it and write to the studio within 48 hours: the insurance practice starts from those photos.

Can I return a work?

Online purchases can be returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and under the same conditions. The return shall be borne by the purchaser, unless the work is damaged.

How do you frame an art print?

Acid-free passe-partout, glass with UV filter, no direct light. The margin with signature and number remains visible: it is part of the work.

What about big works or commissions?

Managed directly by the firm: tailor-made cash desk, art courier where needed, agreed date. Write from the tab of the single work or from the contact section.
