This information explains what personal data the site collects, why, for how long and what rights you have, pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect and why
Navigation data.The server that hosts the site automatically records some technical data of visits (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser). They serve the operation and security of the site, on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR), and are kept for [period indicated by the hosting provider].
Contact requests.If you write from the contact form or ask for information on a work, we process the name, e-mail address, message and work of interest, only to respond to you (Article 6.1.b GDPR, request from the data subject). We keep this data for the time necessary to handle the request and in any case no later than [24 months].
Purchases online.When the online sale is active, we process billing and shipping data, e-mail address and telephone number to process an order, to perform the contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and to comply with tax obligations (Article 6.1.c GDPR). Accounting documents are kept for ten years, as provided for in Article 2220 of the Civil Code.
Payments.Payments are managed by [PayPal and Satispay], which act as independent data controllers according to their own policies. The site does not receive or store payment card data.
Providing the data is optional, but without it we cannot respond to your request or process an order. We do not use your data for profiling or advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who processes the data on our behalf
- Aruba, which hosts the site and database.
- Aruba, to receive and send mail.
- The couriers in charge of shipments, limited to delivery data.
- The eTranslation service of the European Commission, which automatically translates the texts of the pages of the site. It receives the text of the pages, not the visitor data.
- (Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry), from which the browser downloads the characters of the site: receives the IP address of the visitor. Remove this entry if the characters are loaded on the site.]
The data shall not be disseminated or transferred outside the European Union, except [as indicated above for Fontshare].
Social networks
The icons of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Saatchi Art are simple links: until you click them, the site does not transmit anything to these platforms. If you open them, the privacy policies of the respective sites apply.

You can request access to your data at any time, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest and receive the data in a portable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing toinfo@sabrinacosta.cloud. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Amendments
This policy may be updated, for example when online sales or new services are activated. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of the page.
