Within three working days of placing the order. Works that require a bespoke checkout may take longer: the date is confirmed by email.<\/p>\n\t<\/details>\n\t\n\t\n\t

Do I have to pay customs duties?<\/summary>\n\t\t

Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are borne by the country of destination and are not included in the price.<\/p>\n\t<\/details>\n\t\n\t\n\t

Photograph the box before opening it and write to the studio within 48 hours: the insurance practice starts from those photos.<\/p>\n\t<\/details>\n\t\n\t\n\t

Can I return a work?<\/summary>\n\t\t

Online purchases can be returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and under the same conditions. The return shall be borne by the purchaser, unless the work is damaged.<\/p>\n\t<\/details>\n\t\n\t\n\t

How do you frame an art print?<\/summary>\n\t\t

Acid-free passe-partout, glass with UV filter, no direct light. The margin with signature and number remains visible: it is part of the work.<\/p>\n\t<\/details>\n\t\n\t\n\t
